| I have purchased music from AzaleaCircle.com and have logged in without any problem. When I click on the link of the title nothing happens. What do I do?
There are a couple of possible explanations. The first is that your browser can't find the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in (which is required to open the PDF file). Another possibility is that you have a firewall configured on your computer and this is blocking the application from opening the file. The best solution is to Right-click on the link and choose the option to save the file (or target) to your computer. If you get confused about where to save the file, choose "My Documents" or "Desktop" and you should easily be able to find or navigate to the file and double click the file. if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, your file will open and you can proceed to printing, copying and practicing your new music.
What is a PDF file?
PDF stands for Portable Document File. A Pdf file is a file format developed by Adobe to provide a way to preserve layout, font, graphics, etc. of graphic and text files. The latest version of Adobe Reader is Version 7. You might be surprised if you have a computer that is older than two years at what verion of Adobe Acrobat Reader you have. You can see what version of Adobe Reader that you have by clicking the "Help" menu after opening the program, then 'About'. If you have anything earlier than Version 5, you might consider upgrading because you are missing out on some cool new functionality that Adobe has developed.
